ABRACE Leadership was born from my own journey of redefining what leadership truly means. I once believed leadership was about being the strongest voice in the room, but experience taught me that real leadership is rooted in connection, empathy, and the courage to grow.

With more than two decades as an educator, coach, and school leader, I’ve seen countless people doubt their potential or lead from pressure instead of purpose. I’ve been there too — wanting to make an impact but not always feeling equipped or confident. Those moments shaped my commitment to helping others rise.

My career has taken me from the classroom to school administration, from athletic programs to principalship, and now to supporting the launch of a new school. Along the way, I’ve mentored teachers into leadership roles, guided student‑athletes to higher performance, and rebuilt cultures that helped entire communities thrive.

ABRACE Leadership exists to empower people to do more, be more, and create more. I bring a blend of practical leadership experience, cultural insight, and motivational energy to help individuals and teams shift from surviving to thriving — and to lead with purpose, clarity, and confidence.
